Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We know how important it is to fill your home with pieces you love. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Levity orders. Any items purchased from levityhome.com can be returned for a full refund (minus cost of delivery and return shipping) within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges [and taxes will be credited in accordance with state laws.] Return shipping costs are your responsibility and Levity will not be responsible for lost returns.

To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be returned:

- Disassembled completely

- In the original packaging to prevent item(s) from damage while in transport

- Almost new condition without:

      - Pet dander or fur

      - Signs of wear, washing, or improper care

      - Damage or stains 

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

Can I return final sale items?

All final sale item(s) are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

How do I return a Levity product?

To return a Levity product, please contact our Customer Care team via email at support@levityhome.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund.

Does Levity cover defects?

We believe in the quality of our chairs, and cover defects in materials and workmanship. If you have received your order and believe it to be defective, please provide documentation of defects within seven days to our Customer Care team at support@levityhome.com. We will prepare replacement parts, and if necessary, complete a replacement. Once the replacement item arrives, we require that you return your defective item, disassembled, in the box that the replacement comes in for safety reasons so that our production team can identify the described defects. 

Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered under our defect policy. 

Can I cancel after I place my order?

Yes, you can contact our customer care team within 24 hours if you would like to cancel an order after placing one for a full refund.
