What is your return policy?
If your order was delivered within the last 30 days, you may return or exchange your product. Please note that we charge a $35 return fee per item being returned.
To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be returned:
- Disassembled completely
- In the original packaging to prevent item(s) from damage while in transport
- Almost new condition without:
- Pet dander or fur
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Damage or stains
All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Can I return final sale items?
All final sale item(s) are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I return a Levity product?
To return a Levity product, please contact our Customer Care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund.
Does Levity cover defects?
We believe in the quality of our chairs, and cover defects in materials and workmanship. If you have received your order and believe it to be defective, please provide documentation of defects within seven days to our Customer Care team at email@example.com. We will prepare replacement parts, and if necessary, complete a replacement. Once the replacement item arrives, we require that you return your defective item, disassembled, in the box that the replacement comes in for safety reasons so that our production team can identify the described defects.
Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered under our defect policy.
Can I cancel after I place my order?
Yes, you can contact our customer care team within 24 hours if you would like to cancel an order after placing one for a full refund.
