Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a "Referrer"), you are subject to Levity's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Levity's Refer-a-Friend program:
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.levityhome.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Rewards (defined below) in the form of discounts for Qualified Referrals are valid for single use only. The Referred Customer must not have canceled or returned the purchased product in order for the purchase to qualify as a Qualified Referral. The Referrer's unique link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer, alone, sharing the link with individual friends to obtain Qualified Referrals; referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer is eligible for the Refer-a-Friend reward only for their first purchase placed on www.levityhome.com The Referred Customer will receive a reward of $100.00 in the form of credit to be used on www.levityhome.com as long as the purchase is a minimum of $500.00.
Referral Rewards. The Referrer shall receive one (1) reward (each, a "Reward") in the form and value determined by Levity for each verified Qualified Referral generated by the Referrer. No partial rewards will be given. Rewards may be redeemed in various forms in Levity's sole discretion. For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a $50 Visa* gift card that will be subject to Visa’s terms and conditions. Restrictions may apply. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers. Rewards may be for a limited time and for limited services only, and by taking advantage of any such Rewards, you are agreeing to any terms communicated to you through the Services (as defined in the Terms of Service).
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Levity's Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Levity's sole discretion.
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date "SPAM" laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Levity’s Refer-a-Friend program.
Right to Close Accounts. Levity reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Levity Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Levity reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
*Visa is not a sponsor of this promotion. Except as required by law, Visa Giftcards ("VGC") cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. The Terms and Conditions of the VGC Cardholder Agreement will apply. The VGC Cardholder Agreement can be requested by calling 1-(888)-524-1283. Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the VGC Cardholder Agreement is the sole responsibility of the Referrer. Levity will not be responsible for any dispute between the Referrer and Visa.
